AWG 25th Anniversary Contest

1. Eligibility

The AWG 25th Anniversary Customer Contest ("Contest") is open to customers, partners, contractors, and distributors of American Wire Group ("AWG") who are at least 18 years of age and are legal residents of the United States or its territories. Employees of AWG and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on January 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the online submission form. Each submission must include:

Full name, email address, company, job title, and phone number
Project name
An original photograph of AWG products installed or in use

Additionally, participants may include a project description and/or testimonial for additional entries.

4. Raffle Entries

Each qualifying submission earns raffle entries as follows:

1 entry: Photo upload (required)
+1 bonus entry: Project description of 20 or more characters
+1 bonus entry: Written testimonial of 50 or more characters

Maximum 3 raffle entries per submission.

5. Photo & Content Requirements

All photographs must be original. Photos must depict AWG products installed, in use, or at a job site. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC. Maximum file size: 10 MB.

6. License Grant

By submitting, you grant AWG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes across all media.

7. Grand Prize

One grand prize winner will receive a Golf Weekend at JW Turnberry Resort & Spa, Miami, including:

Luxury hotel accommodations (2 nights)
Two rounds of championship golf
Fine dining experience
Spa credit
Round-trip airfare

Approximate Retail Value: $5,000. Non-transferable, no cash alternative.

8. Winner Selection

Winner selected by random drawing on or after January 1, 2027. Winner notified by email within 5 business days. If no response within 14 days, an alternate winner will be drawn.

9. Privacy

Personal information handled in accordance with AWG's Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

AWG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time. Disputes governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
